University Governance

University Governance at TU consists of the Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, Student Government Association, and Board of Trustees. These governing bodies work together with senior leadership to represent the interests of the university, its members, and the student community.

Faculty Senate

The Faculty Senate comprises of elected individuals representing the voice of TU faculty. The Senate meets regularly throughout the academic year to review and decide on matters affecting faculty members including research, compensation, promotion and tenure.
